Valaisan produce, seasonal cooking, everything prepared on site. Our tables are open to hotel guests and visitors passing through Arolla alike.
L'Honorine
Wood-panelled room, stone oven, wide windows onto the peaks. Named in honour of Honorine Gaspoz, who opened the hotel in 1896.
Breakfasts and main meals. Seasonal cuisine made with local Valaisan produce. Gluten-free and vegetarian options available.
Le Carnotzet
In the Valaisan dialect, a carnotzet is a small cellar where you share wine among friends. That's exactly what it is.
Tea-time, aperitifs, wines, Valaisan platters, fondue. A stone vault and wooden tables.
Le Jardin
des Arolles
Locals say it's the finest terrace in the Val d'Hérens, and our guests agree.
Open in summer and winter alike. Century-old larches and arolla pines, a direct view of Mont-Collon.

Are the restaurants open to non-resident visitors?
Yes. L'Honorine, Le Carnotzet and Le Jardin des Arolles welcome anyone passing through Arolla. Reservation recommended for dinner.

Yes, by phone at +41 27 283 70 00 (reception 9am–7pm, 7 days/week). Meal times: breakfast 7:30–10:30 · lunch 12:00–14:00 · dinner 18:30–21:00.
