What are reception opening hours?
Reception is open from 9 am to 7 pm, seven days a week, during the hotel’s opening seasons. Outside those hours, write to us: we reply as soon as we reopen.
Which languages can you reply in?
French, English and German, by phone as well as in writing.
Is the hotel open all year round?
The hotel is seasonal. It opens for the winter season from mid-December to mid-April, and for the summer season from early June to the end of October.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out until 11 am. For a late arrival, please let reception know in advance.
