All gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue, subject to the hotel's opening periods.
Delivery
The voucher is sent by post to the address of your choice or handed over in person at reception. No delivery fee for in-person pick-up.
Reservation
The recipient presents their voucher at reception on arrival or when ordering. No refund possible, exchangeable for a service of equivalent value.
Availability
The voucher does not guarantee availability. Booking is essential, particularly for weekends and high-season periods.
